I really prefer IHOP to Denny's. Their menu is extensive and you can eat anything you want, anytime of the day. We usually go on Sunday afternoon after church.
There are meals for everyone. What I appreciate is their diet, low sugar, low cholesterol diet meals. For breakfast they have a vegetable omelet made with only egg whites with fruit on the side. It was a good meal size and very tasty.
There are fun meals for kids with pancakes loaded with whipped cream happy faces.
For the grandparents, there is a special senior menu with lower prices. There are ample choices, especially for breakfast. My mother-in-law loves her French Toast. She even ends up not finishing her meal and shares her leftovers with us.
IHOP always has some sort of celebration like endless pancakes, Halloween, Valentine's Day, etc. They have a special meal complete with special pancakes.
We love IHOP. Since it is a chain, we always go wherever we are and can expect the same quality. -

Visited IHOP this morning for the first time and had a very nice experience. Restaurant was clean and well kept. Food quality was very good and our server Toni was very professional and attentive to our needs. We will definitely return not only for breakfast but for lunch and dinner. Keep up the good work!!! Thank you

The thing I like about IHOP is that you pretty much know what you are going to get when you sit down. This one is no different. The place was clean, the workers were friendly, and the food was good.
I will say that the one thing that stood out to me was the homeyness of the place. While it was still a big chain corporate entity, it still had a "small town" mom and pop feel to it. Honestly, it has a really friendly vibe to it, not like you get when going to say a Mimi's Cafe or Waffle House.
I had the chicken fried steak and eggs (ordered the eggs scrambled dry and hash browns extra crispy). Now long time readers of my reviews know of my long-standing "milk with breakfast" test. For you just joining us, allow me to explain; I'll usually a large milk and tell them "with breakfast". My litmus test for a good server is if I don't have to remind them to bring the milk that I ordered (I know, I know, it sounds a lot like the Van Halen "no brown M&Ms" in their concert venue rider, so sue me). I would have totally given them a 5 star had it not been that I had to ask for milk ... twice. I know it sounds petty, but regardless of where you work, it's the attention to details that really makes a difference in the dining experience.
The bottom line is this is a really good place to get a really decent breakfast. I'd totally come back here again! -

I know it's very suburban dad to post a yelp review about IHOP. But alas....
This place was great. Not as busy as other pancake houses.
Brittney our server was proactive and accommodating. She brought extra napkins without us asking. She had a partner help her with drinks to speed it up a bit.
Food was quality as usual. I got the poblano omelette.
The little one (finally) tried crepes...Nutella and banana. She liked them!
It was great to get delray's take on an ihop!
